Dreams - Chapter 1“You’re different.” The shivering scenery of my dream stilled for a moment at the hushed words. Unlike the rest of the deeply peaceful scene I stood within, a sweet product of my own mind, the statement held some grain of reality, and my head tilted softly to the right without my bidding. A curious figure stood before me, his shape shivery and indistinct like all things were here. I’d chosen a comforting scene from my childhood for tonight’s dream, had applied it seamlessly to the open expanse of my own subconscious.
